Hooray Clap Clap Clap
11 September 2007, Tuesday
Aiden is getting really good at clapping hands these days. For any accomplishments such as throwing diapers into the bin or soiled clothes into the laundry basket or simply being happy, he will clap his hands and give us this silly grin.
I know that each baby/toddler have their development milestones, but I still think that this is long over due for him when compared to what this little lady can do.
Hooray, watch me clap, clap, clap

Yeh Yeh...Aiden clapping hands...and he is sooo happy..
It is soo nice to see him happy and no worries...
let him learn at his own pace, as long as he's growin healthy.
he looks so happy praisin himself.
yeah agree with shern's mom.
but sometimes we mommas just worry why our kids don't go the same speed as other kids at their age.
Hi MM--what a sweet photo and clapping, what a nice way to show how happy (smile)!
Ethan is also slightly slower than other kids. But don't you worry about Aiden. Each child develops in their own time. They will get to it eventually.
JE too claps around the same age as Aiden. Don't worry,...children develop at their own pace. Prabo Aiden.
i know how u feel , sometime i do compare Jeremy with other baby as his age, just wanna to know how a baby actually learn and catch up while there grow, is true, every baby is different, no point i forcing and worry , as long as he is healty and happy .. sure there will learn up when the time is come...
brovo to Aiden ...
Ya..don't worry about it.Ian was slow as well. They will do it at their own pace..
Btw, he looks so gorgeous in this photo..gerammmmm....
Yay! He looks so cute! And eh, don't worrylah, kids learn new things at their own pace. It's okay.. :)
first time here *clap clap* our son's name is quite similar!
just thought of saying hi and let you know that there's nothing to worry about, all babies are different and special in their own way.. (this coming from a mum who once asked the doctor "why does my son farts a lot?) i worry too but let us both try to not worry too much eh?! :)
Zaza
Well done, Aiden! Slow n steady wins the race. So no worries.
Each child develops differently..
I think he's picking things very fast these days!
Bring him more to the park, sometimes I think their peers help a lot with their development. Like Zara, she picks up lots of 'independant' skill from watching what the other kids in our neighbourhood can do (e.g. feeding herself, going to the potty herself, wearing her pants herself).
if u happy and u know u clap ur hands...aiden is happy, that's why he claps hand...his hair looks a bit like darren's hair..fluffy...haha...
aww that's cute, aiden!
