New Milestones

Aiden seems to be acquiring new skills at the speed of lightning these days. Oh how I wish I am a SAHM (Stay At Home Mum) to watch him grow and discover himself. Here's what I discovered about him in the past two weeks:
- Recognizes his name and turns to the person whose calling him
- Becomes more skillful at grasping toys and is nearly always on target
- Realizes that he can stick more than 2 fingers into his mouth, and depending on mood, will stick either 1-2 (when bored) or 3-4 (when hungry and tired)
- Giggles when we tickle him
And finally, the biggest milestone of all:
- Tries to turn but gets stuck, his right arm is tucked under his body so he gets very frustrated and cries.
We reckon his booty is too heavy and coupled with his diaper, he cant fully turn his whole body. My poor baby will then get quite frustrated. Here’s a picture of him in action:

Yeah mine started turning last week - but like you say, they get stuck and cannot do the reverse. I think it's the bulky diaper.

soon.. he'll be turning.. don't worry.. Did you try letting him 'practice' after a bath, being naked?
you should show us a pix of him stuffing his mouth with his fingers.. that'll be cute! :P
